The Ogden Standard-ExaminerSd. Lieut. Darrell Argubright, a bombardier navigator, reported missing in action over Germany since August 30, is now listed as killed in action. He was a nephew of Mr. and Mrs. Roscoe C. Glasmann of Ogden.Darrell Argubright was the only son of Ralph Howard and Myra Moon Argubright, former residents of Ogden now residing in Berkeley, Calif.The young man was born in Ogden March, 19, 1919. He was graduated from the University of California in 1944. After completing his air force training in this country he was sent overseas in May, 1944, and was stationed in England at the time he took part in the flight in which he was lost. Darrell Argubright was awarded the air medal and two oak leaf clusters.The father was an Ogden newspaper man who later became a deputy collector of internal revenue and executive secretary of the Utah farm bureau. He went to California 20 years ago where he engaged in the publication of trade journals, including Service Station News. He now is advertising manager of The Log, a trade journal of the ship building industry. The mother is a graduate of the Ogden high school. Prior to her marriage she was employed in the circulation department of The Standard.Besides those mentioned, Darrell Argubright is survived by his grandmother, Mrs. Mabel Moon, who makes her home with the Argubrights in Berkeley.
