DEATH CLAIMS YOUNG WOMAN
Mrs. Arthur Fox Dies Sunday Night At her Home Near Berne
Mrs. Lillian Fox, 30, wife of Arthur Fox, died at 11:35 o’clock Sunday night at her home one mile north of Berne after a week’s illness of pneumonia and paralysis of the bowels.
She was born near Berne April 1, 1910, the daughter of Caleb and Otilla Sprunger, and had spent her entire life in the community near Berne.
Mrs. Fox was a member of the Berne Mennonite church.
Surviving are the husband, the parents, two children, Marilyn, aged seven and Frederick, aged three; three sisters, Mrs. Charles Bell of Warsaw, Mrs. Wilbur Kirchoffer of Wabash township and Mrs. Sherman VonGunten of Berne; and one brother, David Sprunger, at home.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 o’clock Wednesday afternoon at the home and at 2 o’clock at the Berne Mennonite church. Burial will be in the M. R. E. cemetery at Berne.
