Jerry Sallee, 53, Lebanon, died Saturday July 24, 2010, at Spring View Hospital in Lebanon as result of a motorcycle accident.
Born in Marion County Sept. 10, 1956, Sallee was of Baptist faith, a mechanic and a beloved husband, brother and friend.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, Otha and Mary Louise Garrett Sallee; and two sisters, Sue and Ola Gunter.
Survivors include: his wife, Rose Mary Sallee of Lebanon; two brothers, Buddy (Zelma) Sallee of Campbellsville and Buford (Jean) Sallee of Lebanon; three sisters, Helen Cox of Campbellsville, Dorothy (William) Tungate of Mt. Washington, Carlida (Richard) Callison of Columbia; and a host of other relatives and friends.
The funeral service was held July 28 at Campbell-DeWitt Funeral Home, Lebanon, with burial in Old Liberty Cemetery, Bradfordsville. Bro. Eddie Gunter and Bro. Ryan Stotler officiated.
Pallbearers were Paul Sherman, Anthony and Bobby Joe Gunter, Stanley Rakes, Gilbert Garrett, Danny Paul Sallee, Tommy Dale Emerson and Dusty Reardon.
Honorary pallbearers were Brandon and Charlie Sallee, Johnny Wright, Dennis Shuck, Ricky Cox and Clayton Wilham.
Campbell-DeWitt Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
