Flossie Mae Still Barnhill, age 87, of Thompson's Station, died Sept. 22, 2007.
Mrs. Barnhill was preceded in death by her parents, Claude Cayce & Lydia Martin Still; sons, James Vernon Barnhill Sr. and Doris Carl Barnhill; and grandchildren, James Vernon Barnhill Jr. and Sherry Lynn Guelli and Tammy Camille Barnhill.
She is survived by her husband of 70 years, James Carl Barnhill of the Burwood Community; sons, Robert E. "Bob" (Bonnie) Barnhill of Franklin, Kenneth "Ken" W. (Kathy) Barnhill of Clarksville, Ronald "Ron" (Trixie) Barnhill of College Grove; brothers, Claude Cayce (Jean) Still Jr. of Beech Grove and Ernest Louise Still of Smyrna; sisters, Evie Malachi Johnson of Triune, Mary Still of Franklin, and Alene (Wade) Tomlin of Beech Grove; 21 grandchildren; 35 great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
Services were conducted 1 p.m. Monday, Sept. 24, 2007 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home with Brother Frank Johnson and Brother Doyle Hurst officiating. Burial followed in Williamson Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to the Big Harpeth Primitive Baptist
