Mrs. D.R. Russell Dead
Mrs. D.R. Russell, who lived with her husband and children on a ranch near Winchester, was brought here last Saturday in the hope that the waters might be found beneficial, as she had been ill for some time. An hour after her arrival she was taken suddenly and violently worse and passed away almost immediately. The death was a great shock, as it was not thought there was any immediate danger. The funeral was held from the M. E. church, the services being conducted by representatives of the Church of Latter Day Saints.
Mrs. Russell was well known to those who used to travel the stage road to Worland before the extension of the railroad, as the Russell home was dinner station for the stages. She was a lady of many excellent qualities and leaves a large circle of friends to mourn her loss. The sorrowing husband and children have the sympathy of all in their sad loss.
