Kenyon in Kingston 1879-1880 and at Columbia 1880-81; admitted to New York State Bar 1881 and began practice of law in Judge Kenyon's office; practiced in New York City in association with Alexander & Green 1882-87; in partnership with Judge Kenyon in Kingston 1887-1896; had since practiced independently, at first in Kingston, and since 1905 in New York; county judge of Ulster County, N.
