FREEMAN BROWN
WORCESTER, Dec. 27 - Freeman Brown former newpaper man and clerk of overseer of the poor until Jan. 1, 1916 died today from apoplexy. He was born in Hubbardston in 1845, and in 1862 entered the office of the old Worcester Spy, where he was employed until 1886, when he joined the Telegram staff. He served 25 years as clerk of the overseers of the poor.
