Born April 24, 1875,in Parowan,UT, daughter of Herman Daggart, and Dorthea Jensen Bayles. She was married to Parley R. Butt in the Salt Lake Temple in 1898. To this union were born five children, three of whom preceded her in death. She is survived by Alma Rieske, Dove Creek; Mildred Posey, Cortez; two grandsons, James and Leo Posey; and a granddaughter, Merlene Posey. The step-daughters are Lenora Jones, Estella Perkins, Eva Bronson; stepsons, Herman U. Butt and Karl Butt.

COLORADO WOMAN, 73, DIES AT MOAB OF AUTO ACCIDENT INJURIES
A 73-year-old Colorado woman injured in a traffic accident Nov. 30, died Thursday at 5:30 am in the Grand County Hospital where she had been under treatment since the accident.

Death of Mrs. Edith A. Bayless Butt, 73, of Dove Creek, Colo., was attributed to a chronic heart ailment aggravated by shock and exposure suffered in the accident.
