Jason was born to Charles Arthur Swope and Mary Lou
(Regal) Swope in Wellington Ohio. He is survived by his mother and sisters Vicki, Rhonda, Lisa, Kelly and brother Joshua Mellick and by daughters Shannon and Ally Swope. He graduated from Wellington High School and worked at Forest City in Wellington for 22 years.
