Born in Chesapeake, he was a member of New Life Christian Fellowship Church, Chesapeake.
Survivors include his mother, Terri J. Sullivan; a brother, Travis Sullivan of Portsmouth; maternal grandparents, John and Julie Sullivan of Virginia Beach; maternal great-grandparents, John and Victoria Sullivan of Whiteland, Ind.; two aunts, Misty Sullivan of Virginia Beach, Vicki Sullivan of Bristol, Tenn.; an uncle, Joshua Sullivan of Virginia Beach; great-aunt and -uncle, Ralph and Linda Allen of Greenwood, Ind.; and numerous cousins.
A funeral will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel, by Pastor Robert Murray. Burial will be in Colonial Grove Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturday. Matthew 19:14 Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the Kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these."
