Born in Brooklyn, NY on July 28, 1992, Jeremy was a June graduate of Christ the Teacher School in Bear, where he was an outstanding peer leader and mentor. He was an excellent student and had been accepted into the freshman class of St. Mark's High School in Wilmington. Jeremy enjoyed many hobbies, including listening to music, dancing, swimming, and league bowling with friends. A devout Catholic, he was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton parish.
He is survived by his loving parents, Jay and Millie (Estela) Acosta; his brother and sister, Brian Acosta and Ariana Acosta, both at home; his paternal grandparents, Eloy and Noemi Acosta of Bear; his maternal grandparents, Nelson and Ramona Estela of Queens, NY; and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
