Funeral for Jeffrey Dwain Curtis, 40, of Moulton will be Thursday, June 9, 2005, at 2 p.m. at Owen Chapel Baptist Church with the Rev. Waymon Fike officiating and Lawrence Funeral Home directing.
Burial will be in Owen Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 8 at the funeral home.
Mr. Curtis, who died Sunday, June 5, 2005, was born Feb. 24, 1965, in Walker County to James Doyle Curtis and Linda Faye Crowl. He was a diesel service technician for Cummins Mid-South.
Survivors include his wife, Tonya Ruth Curtis; one son, Jeffrey Blake Curtis of Moulton; two daughters, Jennifer LeAnn Curtis and Amanda Paige Curtis, both of Moulton; his mother and stepfather, Linda and Everett Crowl of Hartselle; his father and stepmother, James and Mary V. Curtis of Dora; two brothers, James Michael Curtis of Bigfork, Mont., and James Doyle Curtis Jr. of Cullman; and two sisters, Stephanie Lynn Curtis of Decatur and Tina Laurel Anderson of Warrior.
Pallbearers will be James Curtis Jr., Donald Hughes, Robert Hughes, Mark Baker, Larry Bonner and Tim McClendon.
Honorary pallbearers will be the employees of Cummins Mid-South.
