Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, July 31, 2010 at Rupp Funeral Home & Cremation Service Chapel with Rev. Robert Hodge officiating. Visitation will be for one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Saturday. Interment will be in Chisholm Cemetery with a Luncheon to follow at the Balkan Town Hall.
Alice W. Jacksha, age 81, of Hibbing formerly of Angora, died Saturday, July 24, 2010 at her home. She was born April 1, 1929 in Hibbing, MN to Vivian and Catherine Everett. She was a graduate of Chisholm High School and longtime resident of Angora and Hibbing.
Alice was united in marriage on May 26, 1951 to Leo J. Jacksha. She was a member of the Ashawa Chapel in Cook and the Open Door Church in Hibbing. She loved taking care of her family, baking, writing, hunting, fishing and berry picking.
