Philip Edward Duncan was born on May 7th, 1957, in Centralia, WA to Thomas L. and Elsie R. Duncan. He is survived by his daughter, Ashley Flock, Centralia,; his brother and sister-n-law Thomas (Kathy) Duncan, Rochester; his nephew Tony (Amber) Valentine, Chehalis and his great niece, Nicholle Valentine, Chehalis.
Philip graduated from Centralia High School in 1975. He was employed as a fuel truck driver for most of his life. Philip's favorite activities were camping, boating and fishing. Philip was a member of the Centralia Legion Post 17, Chehalis Eagles #1550 and the Centralia - Chehalis Moose Lodge #1109.
