Mr. Dibble attended Rixford grade school and was a graduate of Otto Eldred High School.
He served in the US Army Air Corps in WWII, and the USAF during the Korean conflict and Vietnam.
Mr. Dibble worked as a machine operator/crystal cutter at Penn Silco of Bradford, PA.
He was part of Myra's Morning Club at Myra's Restaurant, Smethport.
He is also survived by 8 children: five daughters, three sons, 13 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren;, a sister, a brother and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 10 siblings.
