Alice B Anderson, a life long member of the Chisago Lakes area, died suddenly at her apartment in Lindstrom on Monday, Dec 9, 1991. She was born on June 4, , 1921, in Lindstrom, to Oscar T. and Josephine Carlson.
She attended school here and was a member of the Chisago Lake Lutheran Church. She married Harold (Duke) Anderson in 1944. Together they had one daughter, Sharon and in later years a granddaughter, Audra, who was very special to Alice.
Alice worked at various jobs during her life and retired from Plastic Products in 1989. In 1990 she moved to an apartment at Valkommen in Lindstrom. She is survived by her daughter Sharon Broick and husband Daniel of Duluth;granddaughter, Audra Wettschreck and husband, Mitch of East Bethel; three great grandchildren Joshua, Amanda and Dillion. Two brothers,Harold (Doc) Carlson and Kenneth(Burly) Carlson both of Minneapolis and special friend Nellie Hanson of Lindstrom.
Funeral services were held at the Chisago Lakes Lutheran Church in Center City on Wednesday, Dec 11 at 2 pm with Dr. dale Peterson officiating. Interment was at Hillside Cemetery, Center City
