Son of David D. & Veronica "Fanny" (Martz) Stull, married Isabella Heilman about 1882, father of: John, Nora, Maggie, Goldie & Homer Stull.

Former Union Valley Resident Dies at Johnstown, Pa.

Josiah D. Stull, born at Johnstown,Pa., February 14, 1860, passed away January 8, 1953, at the home of his
daughter, Mrs. James M. Horner, at Johnstown, Pa.
He is survived by two sons and three daughters, John J. Stull of Union Valley and Homer W. Stull of Pitcher; Mrs. James M. Horner of Johnstown, Pa., at whose home he passed away, and Mrs. W.G. Custer of Pitcher; also 16 grandchildren, 56 great-grandchildren, and 9 great great grandchildren.

Mr. Stull came here with his wife in 1920 and resided at Lincklaen and Union Valley till the death of his wife
in 1937, after which he made his home with relatives here until September of 1946, when he went to Johnstown and since that time he made his home with his daughter there.

Services were held at the Smith Funeral Home at DeRuyter, Sunday, January 11, 1953, at 2:00 P. M., with burial in Taylor Cemetery, Taylor, N.Y. Friends and relatives were present from Johnstown, Pa. and Bristol, Pa., and from Dryden, Cortland, Homer, Moravia, Lincklaen, Union Valley, Pitcher, North Pitcher and DeRuyter.
