Jeanne was the second of eight children born to Beulah Oxford and John Meyers. She married William Miller on 25 Dec 1943. Her obituary in the Tampa Bay Times (St. Petersburg), Florida, relates that she moved to St. Petersburg in 1954 from Akron, Ohio, and had worked at Art Craft Windows as an assembler for 28 years. She was survived by seven sons: William, Daniel, Charles, Paul, James, Walter and Thomas; and one daughter, Laura Cotrill. Also surviving were brother David and sisters Justine and Delores; 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
