The casket bearing the body of Pvt. Paul W. deLima, escorted home by Corp. Knapezyk of the U.S. Army military escort detachment, will leave the Schenectady American graves registration distribution center Wednesday. Services will be in charge of Fairchild & Meech.

His body was among those of the hero dead, who were temporarily laid at rest in two military cemeteries near historic Omaha Beach, Normandy, and arrived at the Brooklyn army base Jan. 22, aboard the U.S. army transport Corporal Eric G. Gibson.
