A funeral for Sarah Michael Mana, 88, of Vacaville will be 9:30 a.m. Friday at St. Matthew's Catholic Church No. 1 Notre Dame in San Mateo. Interment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery in Colma. A vigil service will be 5 p.m. Thursday at Sneider and Sullivan Funeral Home in San Mateo.
Mrs. Mana died Feb. 4, 2001, in Vacaville.
Born July 13, 1912, in San Francisco, she lived most of her life in San Mateo before moving to Vacaville two years ago. She was a member of the Italian Catholic Federation, Peninsula Social Club, and the Ladies of Charity.
Mrs. Mana is survived by her children, Frank Jr., Ronald, Gayle and Patricia; and brother, George Kobzeff. She also has 12 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank, and daughter, Sister Mary Michael.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to NorthBay Healthcare Hospice, 1200 B. Gale Wilson Blvd., Fairfield, 94533 or the Italian Catholic Federation, Branch No. 163, or the donor's favorite charity.
