Mark Steven Cherry, 55, Altoona, died unexpectedly at work Weds., July 28, 2010. He was born in Altoona, son of Barbara C. (Weamer) Cherry and the late Clair L. Cherry. Survived by mother; daughters: Chrystal G. (Cherry) Port & husband, Stephen, and Bobbie S. Cherry, both Altoona; grandchildren: Stephen A. Port, Jr. & Faith A. Port; brother, Richard L. & wife, Geraldine, Altoona; and nephew, Ricky A. Mark was employed as an over-the-road driver for Smith Transport. He attended Juniata Church of the Brethren and was a member of the Bavarian Aid Society, a life member of the National Street Machine Club and a former Boy Scout of America. E. Merrill Smith Funeral Home, Altoona. Interment, Blair Memorial Park, Bellwood.
