Died This Morning
Geo. B. Moore died at his home in this city this morning, about 5
o'clock. He was stricken with pneumonia Friday last, a severe case from the start. He was 41 years of age. He was a son of the late Stanford Moore and brother of D. P. Moore, born in an adjoining county, but raised and spent the greater part of his life in this city. For many years he has been engaged in the stationery and drug business. He was a member of the Christian Church, a good citizen and a very excellent moral man. His wife and two children, daughter and son, survive him. At this hour it is thought the funeral services will take place at two o'clock tomorrow, Friday, and that the interment will be held at the city cemetery.

Laid To Rest
We noticed in our last issue the death of Geo. B. Moore, which occurred early Thursday morning. The funeral services took place at the Christian Church Friday afternoon, Elder C. C. Hill, pastor of that church, of which Mr. Moore was a member, preaching the funeral discourse, the church being full of acquaintances and friends of the deceased. After the services the cortege proceeded to the city cemetery. The pall bearers were George Wilson, Albert Thomas, C. A. Graser, W. A. Simmons, A. W. Yarnell and John Quincy Adams, friends and business associates. Mr. Moore was but 41 years of age and had passed through an extended business experience and it can be truly
said of him that he was honest and conscientious in his dealings. His wife and two children, daughter and son, have the sympathy of many friends.
