Estelle Stutts Brown Lewis, 77, of Brunswick died Tuesday, January 1, 2008, in Brunswick hospital of the Southeast Georgia Health System.

Mrs. Lewis was a native and lifelong resident of Brunswick and a member of the Brunswick Church of God of Prophesy. She was a loving and devoted mother and loved fishing, gardening and sewing. Mrs. Lewis loved being with her grandchildren and loved visiting family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her frist husband, John Curtis Brown; her parents, William S. and Dora Virginia "Vergie" Morgan Stutts; brothers, Jack Stutts and Ellis Stutts, and a sister, Melba Louden.

Survivors include her husband, Quitman Lewis of Brunswick; daughters Cynthia "Cindy" Bradham (Ernest) and Marcia Spivey (Ray), both of Brunswick; sons, John C. Brown Jr. (Debbie) of Brunswick, Robert Brown (Karen) and Jeffrey Lewis (Missy), both of Brantley County; sisters, Ellen Pearson and Dora Jean Lane, both of Brunswick, Marion Boanell of Pennsylvania, and Mary Ruth Graham of Darien; 13 grandchildren; 12 nieces, and 9 nephews.

The funeral will be held at 1 p. m. Saturday at the Brunswick Church of God of Prophesey wiith the Rev. Billy Beasley officiating.

Interment will follow in Palmetto Cemetery

Pallbearers will be Robert Brown, Edgar Bradham, Mark Bradham, Steven Spivey, John Brown III, Christ Bunkley, Scott Graham, Shane Stutts, and James Louden.

Honorary pallbearers will be member of the Adult Sunday School calss of the church.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 Friday at Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the general fund of the Brunswick Church of God of Prophesy.
