Nancy L. Alden, 43, Toluca, died Wednesday (July 28, 2010) in Toluca.
Nancy was born April 5, 1967, in Elmhurst, the daughter of Gerald and Lois Luessenhop Parent. She married Richard E. Alden on Oct. 20, 1990, in Elmhurst.
He survives along with their two sons, Joshua Ryan Alden and Zachary Richard Alden, both at home; her father, Gerald Parent, Van Buren, Maine; her mother, Lois Parent, Franklin, Tenn.; three brothers, Randy (Judi) Parent, Birmingham, Ala.; Donald (Denise) Parent, Franklin, Tenn.; and Charles (Creta) Parent, Hixon, Tenn.; a sister, Sharon Parent, Wheaton; and several nieces and nephews. Also surviving is her dear friend, Sara Hooker, of Three Rivers, Mich.
She was a member of Antioch Christian Church, Toluca, and was very supportive of her religion.
Her two boys were the pride of her life, and she loved them very much. She was a loving wife, mother and daughter and will be deeply missed.
