She was born Nov. 21, 1924, in Belleville, Pa., to Christian and Mayme Yoder.
She grew up and attended school in Hubbard. She spent most of her early life in the Canby area and her retirement years in Mesa, Ariz.
She married Clifford Conrad in Vancouver, Wash., on March 23, 1944. They had been married 53 years when he died.
She worked as a cook at Canby High School, owned and operated the Canby Bus Depot Cafe with her sister and was an agent in Canby with Brown Real Estate.
Survivors include her daughter, Jacque Swaney of Oceanside, Calif., and Carol Warren of Canby; sister, Carol Yoder of Canby; brother, Bud Yoder of Woodburn; six grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, march 19, at Hope Village Activity Center in Canby with Rev. Robert Yoder officiating. Burial will be at Zion Mennonite Cemetery.
