Mrs Susie Ball Hawes , 91 of Virginia Beach, Va. formerly of Huntington, died Tuesday in a Virginia Beach hospital. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 10 am at the H.D.Oliver Funeral Home at Virginia Beach, and the body will be sent to Kincaid Mortuary Funeral services will be conducted Thirsday at 2 pm at the Baptist Temple by the Rev.Milton Sanderson, Pallbearers will be Clarence,Charles,James, Ralph, Robert,Lee and Fred Balland Okey Perry.Burisal will be in Woodmere Memorial Psrk. She wqas born Aug 3 1878 at Milton , she was the daughter of the late Jeremiah and Virginia Keyser Ball. She was the widow of Walter C Hawes a resident of Virginia Beach since 1955, she was a member of the Golden Age Clubthere and the Baptist Temple in Huntington. Survivors include two daughtersNrs Franklin S Davis, and Mers George G Hendrickson of Virginia Beach ; two nephews Marshall Martin of Huntington and Fred Ball of Milton and a grandson Richard L Bragg of Virginia Beach.
