Mrs. Nancy Hahn, widow of the late Henry Hahn, who died in this city many years ago, died at 20 minutes to 12 o’clock today, from the effects of a stroke of apoplexy. She sustained a fracture of the leg several years ago, and never quite recovered from the effects, being partly incapacitated from walking, but otherwise was in excellent health this morning. She seemed mentally and physically in normal condition, when she was suddenly taken ill and expired before a physician could be summoned. She was 70 years and was a native of Lancaster County, her maiden name being Erb. She was born and reared near Manheim. Three daughters survive her. They are Mrs. John A. Sherk, of Harrisburg; Mrs. Samuel Rose, of Erie, and Mrs. Michael Gingrich, of this city, A sister residing in Miami County, Indiana, also survives. The deceased was well known in the city and was held in high esteem. [Lebanon Daily News, June 16, 1908, Page 1]
