WILLIAMSTON - Olin Delano Davis, 78, of 110 Woodland Lane, widower of Carolyn Bug Bishop Davis, died Sunday, January 6, 2013 at Rainey Hospice House.
Born in Greenville County, he was the son of the late Abner Cleveland and Noma Taylor Davis. He was retired form Michelin and a member of the Pelzer Wesleyan Church. He was also a veteran of the United States Navy. Surviving are daughter, Stephanie Davis (Bryant) of Mt. Pleasant; sons, Michael Davis (Lorrie) of Williamston, Gary Davis (Susan) of Clinton, Joe Davis (Tammy) of Pickens; eleven grandchildren and their families. He was predeceased by a sister, Juanita
Bagwell.
Visitation will be held from 2-3 pm on Wednesday, January 9, 2013 at Gray Mortuary, Pelzer. Funeral services will follow at 3 pm in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in Pine Lawn Cemetery, Pelzer.
