Emily S. Hopkins, 93, of Hamilton, NJ, died on Friday, July 23, 2010, in Arcadia Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Hamilton. Born in Trenton, NJ, Mrs. Hopkins had been a resident of Morrisville, PA, for over 40 years before moving to Hamilton. She retired in 1985 as a secretary at Morrisville High School, where she had worked for over 30 years. She was also a former member of the Morrisville Education Association. Wife of the late David Hopkins and daughter of the late William and Augusta (Scholler) Capple, she is survived by a son, David W. Hopkins, and his wife, Gina, of Hamilton Square, NJ; a grandson, Christopher Hopkins of Hamilton Square, NJ; two nephews, George Lebergern and his wife, Marie, of Morrisville, PA; Jeffrey Lebergern and Susan Toner of Williamsport, PA; one niece, Patty Margolis and her husband, Roy, of Enola, PA. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 27, 2010, at 11 am. from the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel, 41 W. Trenton Ave., Morrisville, PA. Interment will follow in Morrisville Cemetery.
