When 11 years old, Fannie Meadows and family migrated from Virginia to Carroll County, Missouri. Five years later , Miss Sarah Frances Meadows married Silas Columbus Willis in Carroll County, MO. They are parents of 5 children. The marriage did not survive. In 1899 Mrs. Fanny Willis married John Wesley Isom. She was his third wife. They were later divorced. In 1910 Frances (Meadows) Willis Isom and her children joined the Meadows Family in migrating westward to Summer County, Kansas.
The year 1918 was deadly for many because of the Spanish Flue. Among those family deaths are: son, Addie Wills died March 17, 1918; mother, Sarah Frances (Meadows) Willis Isom; and second husband, John Wesley Isom died June 27, 1918.
First husband, Silas Columbus Willis passed November 6, 1934 in California.

Ida Mae Erdman of Denver 1882-1949
Maudie Bell Wills 1890-1891
Additional information: Daughter, Daisy Barnard of Riverdale, Kansas purchased multiple cemetery lots May 3, 1918. Lot #9, was sold to her mother.
