Loving father of John Alexander of Salem and his late wife Maria, Virginia Frost of Somerville and her late husband Donald, Robert Alexander of Somerville and the late James M. Alexander. Brother of the late Villa Mae Wright, Willie Sue Reynolds, Evelyn, and Thomas Alvin Alexander. Dear grandfather of 6 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Close cousin of Harvey Alexander of NC. Also survived by Robert Devaney of Somerville and Elaine Forrest of Arlington. Funeral procession from the George L. Doherty Funeral Home 855 Broadway (Powder House Sq.) Somerville, Friday morning 9:00 am followed by a Funeral Mass in St Catherine of Genoa Church, Somerville at 10:00 am.
