Boy Dies of Hurts After Slight Fall
Anthony Moynihan, 13, son of Mr. and Mrs. M. S. Moynihan, 321 Lincoln Street, died last night at a local hospital as the result of an attack of tetanus. In addition to his parents, he is survived by four brothers, Maurice Monynihan, Vincent Monynihan, Frank Monynihan and Charles Monynihan; and two sisters, Edith Monynihan and Mary Monynihan.
About a week ago the boy fell from a tree in the backyard of his home and broke the skin on his elbow. The injury was thought not be serious. Monday he complained of a pain in the back and that his jaws were stiff. Tuesday the jaws were firmly clenched. He was taken to the hospital, but did not respond to treatment.
Funeral services will be conducted tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock from St. Paul's Catholic Church. Interment will be in St. Paul's Cemetery.
