Rites Friday
At Elkton
ELKTON, March 9—Mrs. Malinda J. Eaton McCoy, 68, widow of Dixon R. McCoy, and formerly of Elkton, died Tuesday morning at her home at Norfolk where she had lived for 20 years.
She lived most her her life in this community where she had many friends. She is survived by a son, Richard O. McCoy, of Harrisonburg; a daughter, Mrs. Harold W. Young, of Lorain, Ohio; and two brothers, John Eaton, of York, Pa., and Charles Eaton, of West Virginia. She also leaves five grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Friday morning at eleven o'clock from the Brill Funeral Chapel, the Rev. P. W. Fisher, of Shenandoah, officiating. Burial will be in the McCoy cemetery near Elkton.
The pallbearers will be: Malcolm Eaton, Cecil, Clyde and Oliver Shifflctt, W. A. and Eugene Hensley.
