CAROLYN R GOODMAN, 81 of Huntington died Saturday January 20, 2007. Funeral services will be held noon Tuesday January 23, at Klingel Carpenter Mortuary by Dr Harold E Simones. Visitation will be 10 am until service time at the funeral home. Entombment will follow in Woodmere Memorial Park Corridor of Faith Mausoleum.
Carolyn was born November 12, 1925 in St Augustine Florida the daughter of the late BR and Isabella Warren Goodman.
She served 43 years on the staff of Barboursville High School where she taught English, Journalism and served as yearbook adviser. She was a member of the Cabell County, West Virginia and National Associations of Retired School Employees, a member of the Democratic Womens Club, and a Kentucky Colonel. She was a member of Madison Avenue Christian Church where she served as a Deaconess.
