Kathy Hutchens Hamm, 46, of Poplar Drive, Stuart, died Sunday, May 23, 2004, at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center, Winston-Salem, N.C.
Born Dec. 24, 1957, in Martinsville, she was a daughter of J. Aubrey Hutchens and Lillian Amos Hutchens.
She had a 30-year career in banking, and in recent years worked at Patrick Henry National Bank in Stuart.
She was a member of Stuart United Methodist Church.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, one daughter, one son, one sister, a brother, and one grandchild.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Howell Funeral Home chapel in Stuart with the Rev. Mark Wright officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Grove Primitive Baptist Church cemetery in the Moorefield Store community.
Visitation will be at Howell Funeral Home from 7-9 p.m. today, and other times at the home of Odell and Vera Hamm, Poplar Drive, Stuart, and Aubrey and Lillian Hutchens, Virginia-North Carolina Road, Spencer.
