James Burell Gilliland, 67, of Jasper, died Sunday, July 18, 2010, at his residence. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m Friday, July 23 at Kilgore-Green Funeral Home with burial in Bennett Cemetery. The Rev. John Pinion will officiate. Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Darrell and Hazel Gilliland; brother, Kenneth Gilliland; sister, Joan Gilliland McCullar; and sister-in-law, Patricia Gilliland.
He is survived by his brother, Danny Gilliland and his wife Melody of Nauvoo and Charles Gilliland and wife Carol of Jasper; sister, Cindy Morton and husband Charles of Jasper; and a host of nieces and nephews.
