James P. (Jim) Bunch, 57, of Clinton died Wednesday, November 28, 2001, at Central Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m., Saturday, December 1 at Wright and Ferguson Funeral Home in Clinton. Graveside services were at 1:00 p.m. in Blackjack Baptist Church Cemetery in Yazoo City.
A native of Yazoo County, Mr. Bunch had retired as Employee Services Director with the Mississippi Employment Security Services with 25 years service. After retirement he served as a consultant with the Junior College Board.
Survivors include: a stepson, Mark Carpenter of Clinton; a sister, Dora B. Parkinson of Durant; and a brother, Jack Bunch of Nesbit.
The family asks that memorials be made to the Blackjack Baptist Church, Vaughan, MS.
