The daughter of the James Walter Funderburg and the late Annie Laurie Kirkpatrick Funderburg, she was born in Chickasaw County. She was a retired employee of Indianapolis Glove Factory and was a member of Schooner Valley Baptist Church. She was the widow of the late Curt Law, who passed away June 25, 1988.
Survivors include one daughter, Patsy Griggs of Houlka; two grandsons, Kevin Griggs and Jason Griggs, both of Houlka; six sisters, Irene Washington of Houlka, Julia McCammon of Houston, Katie Oxner of Greenville, Helen West of Sauk Village, IL and Ruby Luther and Lula Jean Gregory, both of Leland and one brother, William Funderburg of Memphis, TN.
Pallbearers were Marion Lancaster, Billy Washington, Harlon Galloway, Mack Washington, Johnny Moss and Charles Moss.
