William M. "Buddy" Moncrief, 77, died Sunday, July 18, 2010 in Savannah. Mr. Moncrief was born in Bryan County on June 6, 1933. He was a truck driver for many years as well as being a member of the Elks Lodge in Savannah. In addition to his parents Mr. Moncrief was preceded in death by his wife of 49 years, Dolores Foran Moncrief. He is survived by his son, Thomas W. "Tom" Moncrief and wife Tammy of Troy, MI; grandchildren, Erin and Ryan Moncrief; aunt, Annette Harrelson of Columbia, SC and close friend, Shirley Owens of Savannah. Visitation: 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. Wednesday at Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel.
