She married James Kelly. He survivfes. She is also survived by a daughter, Cheryl "CJ" Johnson; a son, James Kelly II, wife Anita; a sister, Marian Saltsgaver; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Hazel Roughton and a brother.
