Peter Troup, 70, a Kosciusko county farmer living near Oswego, is dead. Mr. Troup suffered from a tumor on his leg and several weeks ago was taken to Elkhart where amputation was advised. He refused to submit to the operation and returned to his home. He is survived by a widow and six children.
