Lenora was third of six children born to Ferdinand Fredick Matz and Pauline Maria Zastrow. ( Her parents are also buried in this cemetery.) She traveled alone to Bantry, ND, took her "broken" scissors to the local Blacksmith/Homesteader, Harry Sidney Greenfield and married him on 18 Jan 1911.
Lenora died in the Spanish Flu Epidemic. Harry took her body to Wausau WI, by train. It took four men two days to clear the snow and dig her grave.
