Mr. Julius F. Precht of Elk Grove, passed away on Landmeier road, Thursday morning, October 23, at the age of 68 years, 2 months and 10 days.
Mr. Precht was born August 13, 1873, in Elk Grove township, received his education at the North school, belonging to the Churchville (?) Lutheran church and was confirmed by Rev. Grosse at the same church.
November 2, 1899 he was united in marriage to Miss Wilhelmine Busse by Rev. Hanke at the Oak Grove Lutheran church. After marriage this couple have always made their home in Elk Grove.
Mr. Precht leaves to mourn his departure his loving wife, "Wilhelmine" and 7 children,

Funeral services were Sunday afternoon at 1:30 p.m. at his home on Lindmeier road and at 2 p.m. at the Elk Grove Ev. Church. Internment in the Elk Grove Lutheran cemetery
