Services for Arthur W. Busse, 79, of 690 Belaire Lane, Mt. Prospect, will be held at 1:30 p.m. tomorrow in St. John Lutheran Church, 1100 Linneman Rd., Mt. Prospect. Mr. Busse, a retired farmer, died Saturday in Lutheran General Hospital, Park Ridge. He had been the chairman of the Health Improvement Association, a charter member of the Mt. Prospect Rural Fire Department, and a community 4-H leader for 25 years. Survivors include his widow, Ella; three sons, Marvin, Wilbur, and Rollin; a daughter, Mrs. Carol Metts; and one brother.
