Charlotte B. Woodward, 99, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 12, at the Arcardia Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Hamilton. Born in Hopewell Township, Charlotte was a lifelong resident before moving to Hamilton. She was the daughter of the late Fernando and Jennie Blackwell, and wife of the late Harry G. Stout and Oliver Woodward. Charlotte was predeceased by her son, Harry W. Stout; her granddaughter, Alexandra Stout Judkins; her brothers, Cornell, Harold, James, and Joseph Blackwell, and her sisters, Alice Lewis, Marion Sharp, Eleanor Zapp, Margery Grove, and Katharine Prall. She is survived by her 2 sons and daughters-in-law; a daughter-in-law; her daughter and son-in-law; her brother; 6 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
