Grover T. Atkins, 38 years old, of Athens, La., died at a local sanitarium Wednesday morning at 6:30 o'clock, following an attack of pneumonia.

The body will remain at the Roll Osborn & Sons Funeral Home until Thursday morning at 6 o'clock, when it will be taken by hearse to Athens, where funeral services will be held Thursday morning at 10 o'clock, from the Presbyterian church of that place, with the Rev. J.N. Cunningham officiating.

Surviving the deceased are his wife and four children, his father M.W. Atkins, 1515 Woodrow Street, Shreveport; two brothers, Dr. W.L. Atkins, Creswell Street, Shreveport, and A.B. Atkins of Homer, La., and three sisters, Mrs. James Rhodes, 1515 Woodrow Street, Shreveport; Mrs. A.L. Wallace, Shreveport and Mrs. Charles B. Griffin of Rayville, La.
