Parmelee. Was a ship- wright. He removed to the state of Ohio before he was of age, and has visited his home but once in all those years. He was a carpenter by trade, and worked in ship yards, on ships most of his tiriie. He was twice married, and was the father of six children. He died and was buried in Elyria, Loraine county, O. He lefl a wife and four children to mourn his loss. He died at the age of seventy-six, Janu- ary, 18S8. Res., Elyria, O.
