Scott L. Bringhurst Sr. 87, passed away November 17, 1995 in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Born to Howard and Laura Davis Bringhurst, May 8, 1908 in Toquerville, Utah. He married Beatrice Pritchard September 15, 1935 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Later solemnized in the St. George LDS Temple.

He served on LDS mission in the Southern States from 1929 to 1931. He was employed as a new car salesman with Petty Ford in Cedar City and Salt Lake for nearly 40 years. He was a High Priest in the Stratford East Ward.

Survived by his sweet wife, three children; Scott L. (Judi) Bringhurst Jr; Vicki Madsen; Russell J. (Chris) Bringhurst. 15 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and brother; Lorin Bringhurst. Preceded in death by seven brother and sisters.

Funeral services will be held 12 noon, Tuesday, November 21, 1995 at the Stratford East Ward Chapel, 1500 E. Stratford Avenue. Friends may call Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary, 3401 Highland Drive and Tuesday prior to services at the church from 11 to 11:45 a.m. Interment at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.
