Osage, Iowa - Funeral services will be Wednesday at 1:30 p. m. at the Champion Funeral Home here, and at 2 at the Osage Lutheran Church for Harold Hartwig, 30, who died suddenly at Bell Gardens, California on July 9, 1945. Cause of death was a tumor on the brain, believed to be caused by an old time injury; a funeral service was held at Bell Gardens, a suburb of Los Angeles, on July 12. Burial will be in the Osage cemetery.
Mrs. Hartwig, the former Helen Klinger of Mitchell, was expected to arrive Sunday, accompanied by their son, James Allen; the other son, Terry Jean, has been ill, and will be cared for by a neighbor during his mother's absence.
