Zera Mai Hastings Alley, 78, homemaker, died Sunday at her home. Services were held Tuesday at Halls Funeral Home with burial in Antioch Cemetery. She was a member of Halls Church of Christ. Mrs. Alley, the wife of J. D. Alley, also leaves three daughters, Lydia Thurmond of Gates, Valencia Crook of Bartlett and Brenda Bolton of Halls; a son, Frank Alley of Ripley; two sisters, Glendora Clevinger and Joy Ward, both of Halls, 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
